The last two posts are very important! Make sure you come by the F Scott Gallery on the 31st to see a bunch of great bands and raise awareness that people are being killed for no rational reason in Darfur.
So as you might of heard, it's Darfur week next week! here's our schedule of events:
Monday: Karen Hirschfeld, the Sudan coordinator for Physicians for Huamn Rights is coming to speak! Block 2 in the auditorium Tuesday: Drum circle in the cafe! All three lunches - come play or donate! Wednesday: Movie Darfur Diaries during ACA, in Ms. Han's room, C371 Thursday: Divestment bill hearing at the State House all day Friday: Get a free slice of Sud P's pizza for writing a letter to Senators! Saturday: CONCERT! F. Scott Gallery, 7PM
PLEASE take part in as many as you can! They're fun easy, and free! Also, we're trying to raise about $2000 for Dollars for Darfur, a fundraising campaign where half of the money goes to humanitarian work and the other half goes to the Save Darfur Coalition, who organize many many awesome events!
